UBIQ Fitness Gym Cancellation Policy

1. Membership/Subscription Cancellation

1. All Gym memberships require 30 Days to cancel.
2. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email or by selected auto renewal OFF option.
3. No refunds for past payments, but access remains active until the end of the notice period.

2. Class & Session Cancellations

1. All classes and bookings require 24 hours to cancel.
2. Late cancellations less than 24 hours result in loss of session credit or a small fee (€5-€10, depending on the class).
3. No-shows may result in a higher penalty or restricted future bookings.
